JOB DETAILS:
- ITM Uganda, on behalf of our esteemed client Asia Agro Industries, is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join their growing team. Responsibilities
- Promote Asia Agro products through direct field engagement
- Conduct activations, demonstrations, and farmer outreach
- Build partnerships with agro-dealers, cooperatives, and farmer groups
- Mobilize communities and facilitate promotions
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Submit activity reports and track sales feedback
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Marketing
- Experience working with cooperatives/farmer groups
- Must reside in or within 10km of the target district
- Fluent in local languages and culturally attuned
- Strong interpersonal, mobilization, and reporting skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
