The Public is hereby informed that the vehicles listed below are on sale by ALIGHT, ALIGHT (Formerly American Refugee Committee International) intends to sell used motor vehicles on an “as is, where is” basis.

They can be viewed at ALIGHT – Head Office, located at Plot 112, Katalima Road, Naguru, Kampala, from 09:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, starting Thursday, 26th February, till Thursday, 05th March 2026. Alight office closes at 2:00 pm on Fridays and remains closed on weekends.

Interested and eligible bidders can purchase and complete Bid Forms for the Motor vehicles at a non-refundable fee of UGX 30,000 per lot, payable in Cash at the above address from Thursday, 26th February 2026 to Thursday, 05th March 2026, and register in the bid register.

Bidders will be required to submit their sealed bids clearly marked “Bid for Purchase of used Motor vehicles” along with a refundable bid security of UGX 2,000,000 addressed to:

The deadline for the completed bid submission is 04:00 p.m. on Monday, 09th March 2026. Record submission in the bid register upon drop-off in the tender box.

Bids shall be opened at the ALIGHT Main conference room at 11:00 am on Tuesday, 10th March 2026, in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives. A list of successful bidders will be displayed on the main notice board at the above address by 11:00 am on Wednesday, 11th March 2026.
