We are a fast-growing Fintech company dedicated to expanding financial inclusion through innovative agent banking solutions. Our technology enables access to essential banking services across underserved regions. We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to drive the growth of our agent network.

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing agent partners, driving adoption of our digital financial services, and ensuring sustainable agent activity in line with company goals. This role requires strong sales skills, a good understanding of financial services, and a passion for field work and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new agent banking partners in strategic locations.
  • Promote and sell the company’s agent banking products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for new agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure productivity and compliance.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support to drive transaction volumes.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and activation targets.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a credit in mathematics and English.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
