JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:
The Sales Management Trainee program is designed to develop future sales leaders. The trainee will undergo rotational training across various sales and marketing functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, markets, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate through key departments such as field sales, key account management, trade marketing, and sales administration.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets through market visits, client presentations, and order processing.
• Learn to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
• Build relationships with clients and distributors.
• Prepare regular reports on trainee activities and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong desire to build a career in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a quick learner.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
