Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to help grow our brand and connect our services with new and existing clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and results-driven sales and marketing strategies to promote the Club’s services.
- Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about services and bookings.
- Manage and follow up on client reservations/bookings in a professional and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate organizations and institutions to drive business growth.
- Oversee social media platforms, update website content, and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
- Organize and coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase guest engagement.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports and client feedback summaries to inform business decisions.
- Drive continuous growth by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening the Club’s presence in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service.
- Proven experience in managing bookings and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
