1. Job Purpose

To drive sales growth and brand visibility of the company’s products or services within the Western Region through direct sales, customer relationship management, and active market engagement in assigned districts.

2. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Promote, market, and sell company products or services to both new and existing customers within the assigned territory.

Identify potential clients, develop new business leads, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Conduct product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, and promotional events in target communities.

Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

Ensure effective product placement and visibility in retail outlets and distribution points.

Monitor and follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records.

Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Support customer service and handle complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Represent the company at regional exhibitions, activations, and trade events.

3. Minimum Qualifications

Certificate , Diploma and degree

At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in sales or customer relations is an added advantage.

5. Working Conditions

Field-based role with flexible working hours.

Basic salary plus attractive commissions and performance bonuses.

6. Employment Type

Full-time (Field-based)

Renewable contract subject to performance and conduct.
