1. Job Purpose

To promote, market, and sell the company’s products or services within the assigned areas of the Eastern Region, ensuring sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved through excellent service delivery and consistent field engagement.

2. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Market and sell company products or services to existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.

Identify and recruit new customers, agents, or distribution outlets.

Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Collect customer feedback and relay market intelligence to management.

Maintain accurate sales records, customer contact details, and payment follow-ups.

Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to the supervisor.

Ensure product visibility and proper display in retail outlets.

Participate in regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and activation events.

Support after-sales service and handle customer complaints.

3. Minimum Qualifications

A Certificate , diploma , degree

At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.

An attractive monthly salary plus commission or performance-based incentives.
