Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of financial transactions and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager to develop annual budgets.
• Enter all operations transactions into finance system timely.
• Perform senior accounting duties.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, trial balance, income statements monthly.
• Prepare cost analysis by interpreting financial data.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and strategies.
• Reconcile payables and receivables timely.
• Post payments and receipts daily.
• Validate and verify payments for accuracy.
• Reconcile bank account statements timely.
• Handle corporate costing and contractual accounts.
• Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to Finance Manager.
• Undertake other financial management responsibilities as required.
