Application forms are obtained from Public Service Commission Office, Kampala and District Service Commission Office country wide. Application forms should bear the title of the post as well as the Reference Number specified against the vacancy. Applicants should attach a set of Certified Photocopies of their Academic Documents, Transcripts, Certificates, Pass Slips and other Relevant Documents plus 3 recent passport size photographs.
Applicants already in service should route their application through their Heads of Department who must be informed of the closing date to avoid delay.
