JOB DETAILS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow
• Track sales, expenses, and operational KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (3+ years)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in inventory and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
