JOB DETAILS:

Position function: To provide end to end project management for the Bank’s projects and special programs; deliver strategic support to implementation; and serve as a strategic advisor to the bank management on all related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Emphasis is on the Portfolio, as opposed to individual projects; and strategy

• Strategy Support - 40%
• Project Management- 60%

• • Projects’ Portfolio Reporting
  • Projects’ Portfolio Monitoring
  • Projects’ Portfolio Planning
  • Projects’ Portfolio Governance
  • Projects’ Portfolio Operational Leadership and Execution

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Finance or a Related Degree (Masters- Desirable).
2. Professional certifications including PMP and Prince 2, MS Office Suite.

Additional Requirements/Competencies

• 5 years relevant working experience 
• Management experience of individual projects and project portfolio ideally working with Financial Services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Good business acumen
• Great leadership and Communication skills
• Good Analytic skills
• Good understanding of project management office operations ,methodologies and tools
• Personal commitment to meet or exceed all targets and objectives.
• Utmost professional integrity.
