SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTED DENIAL
OF SERVICE (DDOS) SOLUTION – NSSF/NCONS/2025-2026/00746

1. The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has allocated funds to be used for the supply, installation and maintenance of Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) Solution.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the non-consultancy services above.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8AM - 9PM (EA Time).

5. The bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USH 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand Shillings). The method of payment will be by Bank to NSSF Administration Account number 903000596707 at STANBIC BANK UGANDA. Bidders shall then submit bank deposit slips to the NSSF Cashier on 14th floor southern wing, Workers House. Upon which they will be given receipts on confirmation of receipt of the funds to the specified account. The document will be picked by the bidder’s or representatives from NSSF Procurement and Disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10AM on 04/11/2025. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USH 9,000,000. Bid Securities must be valid until 30/04/2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 10.30AM on 04/11/2025.

7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting at 10AM on 23/10/2025.

8. Bidders should note the following:
   (a) Documents may be inspected at: PDU, 13th floor Southern wing Workers House.
   (b) Documents will be issued from: PDU 13th floor Southern wing Workers House.
   (c) Bids must be delivered to: PDU - NSSF, 13th floor Southern wing Workers House.
   (d) Address of bid opening: PDU meeting room, 13th floor Southern wing Workers House.
