Wherever your skills lie, we’ll help you to learn and develop, supporting you along the way in our inclusive culture.

Purpose of Role:

Uganda is seeking a hands-on T&E Coordinator to manage end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) governance, compliance and processing across three markets. Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with corporate T&E policy across all markets, including approvals, expense coding and spend limits.
  • Manage T&E card postings, manual uploads and system entries to maintain accurate, high-quality records.
  • Deliver accurate month-end accruals and reconciliations for T&E transactions.
  • Supervise misuse or fraud risks, call out issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  • Provide spend analytics and reporting to support management decision-making and cost optimization.
  • Support transition of future eligible T&E spend toward STP (automation) processes.
  • Collaborating with finance and functionality leads to resolve queries, unblock processing delays, and maintain high data quality.

Experience / skills required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a finance discipline or related field
  • 2–4+ years’ experience in finance operations within high-risk, multi-market settings is highly desirable.

  • Strong collaboration skills—able to work across markets and provide clarity in high-volume environments.
  • Sophisticated Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, structured templates); Power BI experience is an advantage.
