Job Description
Main Purpose:
Develop performance and maintain the activities of Fixed Home broadband sales with responsibility for your team's day-to-day activities.
MTN Uganda Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is seeking to recruit a competent individual to fill the following position;
Job Title: Team Leader – Direct Sales
Reports to: Manager – Fixed Broadband
No. of Vacancies: 1
Main Job Functions:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Closely monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Recruit, train, and manage new sales agents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and team members
- Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and conduct performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Education:
A minimum of bachelors degree in any field from a recognized University
Experience:
- Fluency in English and one local language
- 2 years experience in the sales industry
- Good knowledge of sales and retail Industry trends, and best practice retail and service principles.
