Job Description

Main Purpose:

Develop performance and maintain the activities of Fixed Home broadband sales with responsibility for your team's day-to-day activities.

MTN Uganda Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is seeking to recruit a competent individual to fill the following position;

Job Title: Team Leader – Direct Sales

Reports to: Manager – Fixed Broadband

No. of Vacancies: 1

Main Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Recruit, train, and manage new sales agents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and team members
  • Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team and conduct performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Education:

A minimum of bachelors degree in any field from a recognized University

Experience:

  • Fluency in English and one local language
  • 2 years experience in the sales industry
  • Good knowledge of sales and retail Industry trends, and best practice retail and service principles.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
