Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver complex technology projects from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in bridging the gap between engineering, product, and business teams. You will ensure the successful execution of technical initiatives while driving clarity, efficiency, and accountability across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology projects.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, product, QA, design, and external partners.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation including scopes, roadmaps, schedules, and progress reports.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-functional reviews.
• Track resource allocation and ensure teams meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvement and optimization across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development (web, mobile, APIs, cloud, DevOps).
• Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to break down complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects on time and within scope.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Technical fluency—comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification: PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), Agile PM, PRINCE2, etc.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or Systems Architecture.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, enterprise integrations, or API-driven environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, GitHub, Notion, Slack, etc.
