The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was established on December 14, 1950, by the United Nations General Assembly and mandated by the United Nations to lead and coordinate international action for the worldwide protection of refugees and the resolution of refugee problems. In order to support its operations, its Sub Office in Adjumani is seeking reputable and reliable construction companies to submit their offers for renovation of perimeter wall fence, conference hall toilets and a sports ground at UNHCR Sub Office Adjumani-Pakelle, Adjumani District.
Sealed Offers are invited from reputable and reliable suppliers/vendors/companies who are duly registered by the Government of Uganda, have Valid Tax Compliance, and have previously undertaken similar supply of goods.

FOR RENOVATION OF PERIMETER WALL FENCE, CONFERENCE HALL TOILETS AND SPORTS GROUND AT UNHCR SUB OFFICE ADJUMANI- PAKELLE, ADJUMANI DISTRICT
Tender documents should be picked up free of charge from UNHCR Sub Offices Adjumani or requested through email at ugaadsupbox@unhcr.org during working hours from 08:00Hrs to 17:30Hrs. Bid documents shall be available from 09th April 2024.
Bids should be submitted as specified in the tender document.

Mandatory Site visit:
To be held at UNHCR Sub Office Adjumani-Pakelle in Adjumani District on 16th April 2024 at 9:30a.m. and ending at 12:00p.m. NO exercise shall be conducted beyond the stated time and date. Please contact the Engineer Jackson Ojok, on email at ojokj@unhcr.org or on cell phone number +256 771 448 209 who will coordinate the site visit and sign off the site visit certification form.
Late submission of bids or bids not conforming to the tender documents and conditions will not be considered.
UNHCR reserves the right to reject part or whole offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to select the lowest offer.
