Role Purpose
Strengthen institutional capacity of CBOs and partners through structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design training curriculum.
- Coordinate Training-of-Trainers programs.
- Facilitate leadership and governance training.
- Build CBO institutional capacity.
Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Development Studies or Organizational Development.
- 5+ years training experience.
