JOB DETAILS:
Serving over 20,000 clients in 11 districts of the Mid-Western and Central region(s) of Uganda, ENCOT Microfinance Limited is a social impact, fast growing and innovative MFI operating a network of FIVE branches in Hoima, Masindi, Kigumba, kagadi and Nakasongola. ENCOT's mission is to provide loans and enterprise development services to low-income smallholder farmer communities, most especially women, to allow them cue their own paths out of poverty through creation of own jobs. ENCOT is seeking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented professionals to immediately fill the following position:

Post: 5 Credit Officers — This position is responsible for direct sales of loans/credit services to customers and follow through with recovery activities of an assigned loans portfolio in a Branch or at Head office

Qualifications:

• At least ONE year experience in Credit Administration as a Credit Officer/Trainee in a Microfinance or any other lending environment.
  A Minimum Diploma in any Accounting, Business, or Social Science fields
• Must possess at least a Credit in Both English and Mathematics at ‘O’ Level
• Must be willing to Work in any of our branches listed above
