  1. The bidding document shall be Inspected, Issued and Delivered at:
    • Uganda Revenue Authority Headquarters, Procurement and Disposal Office
    • 13th Floor, URA Tower Building

  2. The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders up on submission of a written application letter to the address above at 2 and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000. The method of payment will be cash or EFT to any of the banks authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.
  3. The detailed bid notice is available at the Entity’s website at www.ura.go.ug and at www.ppda.go.ug.
  4. Uganda Revenue Authority is regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
