TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prequalification and Bliding for Framework Contracts is open to all eligible firms/finividuals and shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap 205 as amended.
The bliding document shall be inspected at the Procurement and Disposal Unit Kadborg District headquarters from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
A complete set of Bliding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders in Soft Copy from Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of non-refundable fee through Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) operated and issued by the District Finance and Accounts section contact person 0782740610773472081.
Tender application must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked Tender for Prequalification of ……….. and addressed to The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, P.O Box 16 Krotido.
Bids shall be hand delivered to Kadborg District Procurement and Disposal Unit at or before 26th AUGUST 2025 at 11:00Am. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery, late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Kadborg District Headquarters exactly at 12:00PM the same date and day.
