Platinum Credit is a leading Regional Micro Finance Company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Africa.
Job details:
The overall purpose of the role is to drive national sales growth by supporting strategy development, supervising branch teams, and ensuring portfolio quality and revenue targets are achieved across all regions.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor sales teams to drive productivity, portfolio growth, and performance excellence.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and capacity building to strengthen staff capabilities.
- Monitor performance metrics, deliver reports, and recommend improvements for sustained growth.
- Conduct branch visits to ensure customer experience consistency and adherence to sales standards.
- Analyze market trends and design competitive strategies to expand market reach.
- Ensure compliance with credit risk protocols, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion staff development through training programs that enhance skills and boost performance.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least ten (10) years relevant work experience in microfinance and banking.

- Proven ability to drive sales targets and manage large portfolios.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
