Assistant Relationship Manager role at KCB Bank Uganda, Forest mall Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage client relationships to minimize attrition.
- Sourcing new personal banking business opportunities.
- Adherence to KYC and AML policies.
- Cross-sell bank products.
- Initiate personal loans applications.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Monitor daily branch budget.
- Sales calls and market intelligence gathering.
- Risk profiling of potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business and/or Finance related field.
- Good understanding of banking products and policies.
- Credit knowledge and underwriting skills.
- Competitor knowledge.
Experience needed:
Fine underwriting skills and personal credit processes.
