JOB DETAILS:

• Job Summary: To prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining bar operations and inventory.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare classic and creative cocktails as per standard recipes.
  • Provide engaging and friendly service to guests at the bar.
  • Maintain bar stock, place orders, and control inventory.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, sanitized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink mixing techniques and beverage types.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., food handling, alcohol service) is required.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
