The role of a Barmen is crucial in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include crafting classic and innovative cocktails, pouring draft beers, serving wine and spirits, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to high standards. You will also be expected to manage inventory, restock supplies, and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Building rapport with customers, taking orders accurately, and handling payments are also essential aspects of this role. We value teamwork and a positive attitude, and we encourage our staff to be creative and proactive in their roles.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. A strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues. The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is also important.
