JOB DETAILS:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with arrivals, luggage handling, and room orientation.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Support Front Office operations with deliveries, messages, and guest requests.
• Ensure safe storage of luggage and maintain lobby cleanliness.
• Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and professional service etiquette.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of an O’ Level certificate or equivalent.
• Training in hospitality or customer care is desirable.
• Physically fit to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (weekends, holidays).
• Basic knowledge of local attractions and guest service etiquette.
