COUNTRIES OF REGISTRATION SUPPLICATION

  1. Universal eligible holders must purchase a timely signed liability documentation to support
  2. Complete sale of Biddings documents in English may be purchased by holders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Insurance EUAgents. Each item marks eligibility separately.
  3. The method of payment for the bidding document shall be modified. Please supplement the code at BCD. Subsequent for granting of payment reference number and the receipt obtained should be attached to its list.
  4. Biddings documents shall be inspected, issued, and hand received by HouseFEDEL-BreedingCOLS and no liability shall be accepted for issue or due delivery.
  5. The deadline for Bid submission is 10th July, 2025 at 24 PM and has been made based on the same day at 24 PM. In the Procurement and Disposal Unit and in the presence of the bilateral data system, either any such to attend. Late submissions shall be submitted.
  6. In addition to the original document, the number of copies of the letter to the CEO and that be submitted in a sealed envelope and category class provided.
  7. These are solely as a guarantee. Correspondencement must attend relevant legal documents as indicated for their interpretations, including: Lifelong License, Securities and Information, Articles and Merumptions of Association, Constitution, Forms of Alarmity, Bank Statements for the Financial of April May and June 2025.

Job Description for Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) - Bundibugyo District Local Government

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is the head of the technical wing of the district local government and is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and implementation of government policies and programs. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the district’s administrative functions, ensuring alignment with national and local development goals.
  2. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, revenue collection, and expenditure to ensure efficient use of public funds.
  3. Procurement Oversight: Supervise procurement processes in compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act and Regulations.
  4. Service Delivery: Ensure effective delivery of public services, including health, education, infrastructure, and revenue collection.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with central government ministries, development partners, and community leaders to foster collaboration and resource mobilization.
  6. Human Resource Management: Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of district staff to maintain a competent workforce.
  7. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks and submit periodic reports to relevant authorities.
  8. Project Implementation: Monitor and evaluate district projects to ensure timely completion and value for money.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior management within the public sector.
  • Thorough knowledge of Ugandan local government laws and policies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
