SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) HARDWARE & SOFTWARE UPGRADE- NSSF/SUPLS/2025-2026/00044

1. The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has allocated funds to be used for the Supply Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Quebec Management System (QMS) Hardware & Software Upgrade.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible holders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bioting will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bioting model contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Capricultural and Reputations made under the Act and is signed on all biotees.

4. Interested eligible holders may obtain further information and inspect the bioting documents at the address given below at 8:00 pm (60.0am/60.0pm) local time from Monday to Friday except public holidays.

5. The Bioting Documents in English may be purchased by interested holders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8:00 am (1000 payment of a non-discriminate fee or U.S.A. 600,000 (Uganda Stillinge Fair) Thousand Only). The method of payment will be by Bank to National Social Security Fund Administration Account Number 8000020500709 at STANDER-DANK LUGANDA ID. The biotees shall then submit a deposit filed on the Cashier Finance Department on 14th Floor, Southern Wing, Worcester House. The biotees shall be signed a receipt of confirmation that funds have been credited into the specified account. The document shall then be issued to the biotees or their representative(s) from NSSF Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address specified below in 8(a). No liability will be accepted for loss or title delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 19th December 2025 at 11:00am local time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of U.S.A. 600,000 (Uganda Stillinge Fair, Billion Only) at room 6 stairs. Guarantee Only. Bid Security must be valid until and including 10th April 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be signed in the presence of the biotees’ representatives who choose to attend and the address below at 8(a) at 11:30am on 18th December 2025.

7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting on 4th December 2025 at 11:00am. Vendor Office (pre-bid meeting) is the NSSF Procurement & Disposal Unit’s Board Room on 13th Floor, Worcester House-Softrem Wing.

8. Biotees should note the following:
   (a) Documents may be inspected at: NSSF Workers House, 13th Floor, Southern Wing, POU Office.
   (b) Documents will be issued from: NSSF Workers House, 13th Floor, Southern Wing.
   (c) Proposals must be delivered for: NSSF Workers House, 13th Floor, Southern Wing, POU Office.
   (d) Address of Disposal Operating: NSSF Workers House, 13th Floor-Southern Wing, POU Board Room.
