CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION FOR HOIMA MULTI-PURPOSE WATER SUPPLY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT - MWE/CONS/25-26/00041

1. The Government of Uganda (GOU) represented by the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) has allocated funds towards the cost of the implementation of Construction Supervision for Hoima Multi-Purpose Water Supply Infrastructure Project.

2. The Entity invites sealed proposals from eligible bidders/consultants for the provision of the above services.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders/consultants.

4. Interested eligible bidders/consultants may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at the address given below at 8 (a) from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

5. The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders/consultants from the address at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= and submission of an Application Letter. The method of payment will be by Bank Payment Advice Form obtained from Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) website using “other NTR” as a tax head in the form.

6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before 11:00am on 8th July, 2026. A Proposal Securing Declaration shall be valid until 10th February, 2027. Electronic Bidding Will Not be permitted. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (d) at 11:15am.

7. There Shall Not be a pre-proposal meeting/site visit at N/A on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.

8. Bidders/consultants should note the following:
   a) Documents may be inspected at: Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ministry of Water and Environment, Plot 3-7, Kabalega Crescent Road, P.O.Box 20026, Kampala
   b) Documents will be issued from: same as the address in 8a
   c) Proposals must be delivered to: same as the address in 8a
