BID Notice No.2 2025-2026

Kyankwanzi District Local Government has received funding and wishes to utilize it in the acquisition of land for the District Headquarters.

• Kyankwanzi District Local Government now invites writing land owners of private male, Freehold or leasehold land tenure to express interest of sale to Kyankwanzi District Local Government.

• The land should be within Bateman Town Council and Bateman also county jurisdiction and should participate (be 3 kms radius from the main road (Kampala-Homra highway).)

• The land owner should possess an authentic certificate of title to private male, Freehold or leasehold land tenure systems which is encumbrance free and the holder must be alive and present.

• The land should not be less than 10 acres with good accessibility, environmentally friendly with good scenery coupled with gentle terrain ideal for development with building structures with no wetland.

Interested vendors may obtain the application forms from the office of the District Procurement officer or Landa management officer from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00pm.

The deadline for submission of this will be 11:00 am, on 6/9 September 2025.
