Muteesa | Royal University (MRU), in line with the Strategic Plan 2025-2030, and in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority Act and Regulations, invites applications from competent, reputable and eligible firms, companies, consultants, contractors and service providers for prequalification to provide goods, services, and works for the period 2026-2029, for the categories listed below:

• Vehicle maintenance and repairs

• Catering and hospitality services

• Printing, branding and graphic design services

• Insurance services

• Security and cleaning services

• Air ticketing and travel services

CATEGORY C (WORKS)

• Civil, construction and office partitioning works

• Surveying and landscaping works

• Mechanical and electrical instantiations

• Plumbing, painting and carpentry works

• Other specialized engineering works.

CATEGORY D (CONSULTANCY SERVICES)

• ICT Systems development and digital transformation

• Strategic planning and organizational development

• Governance, risk management and compliance

• Monitoring, evaluation, research and impact assessment

• Training, facilitation and capacity building

• Proposal development and resource mobilization

PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Interested bidders must submit the following mandatory documentation:
i. Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation
ii. Valid Tax Trading license
iii. Company profile, including physical address and location
iv. Audited financial statements for the last two years
v. List of clients and references (at least 3 references) for similar works/supplies in the last 3 years
vi. Authorized dealer certificates (if applicable)
