JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

To add value to the content eco system by supporting the Content Manager with keeping up with the everyday routine monitoring tasks for the different Apps.

Responsibilities

Update Client Outlets in Google My Business

 Ensure all the outlets are listed and updated on Google my business

Share the updates of monitored/tracked links for the different communication platforms

 Share a daily report of the links performances

Client TV Monitoring

 Share a daily status of the titles/content curated on the app

 Maintain an updated tracker of content curated

Client App Monitoring

 Checking and sharing any noticed issues or products in the client App

Decision Level

 Prime: Final Decision-Making authority, accountable to the Management

 Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis

 Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others
