The United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP) in Kampala Uganda is seeking interested business firms and organisations registered in Uganda to undertake disposal of food commodities unfit for human consumption by destruction.

These stocks of commodities comprise of assorted commodities of food components in varying quantities that are from time to time rendered unfit during transport and handling and are located at warehouses in Kampala, Tororo and Gulu.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT WITH EOI

To be deemed eligible for the pre-qualification process, firms are required to submit all the supporting documents within the EOI via email: kampala.logisticscontracting@wfp.org. The detailed information of the EOI is to be provided together with the WFP Logistics Service Questionnaire upon request via email: kampala.logisticscontracting@wfp.org

The above documents should be submitted clearly labelled “Request for Expression of Interest to Dispose Food Commodities Unfit for Human Consumption by Destruction Ref.: F.03.01.12616” and to be submitted via email to kampala.logisticscontracting@wfp.org,

Deadline for submission is 5:00 PM local time on 11 September 2025.
