DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The World Food Programme Uganda Country office is inviting competent and financially stable business entities that have the expertise, capability, and experience to provide warehouse labour and cleaning services at WFP Central Warehouses (CDP’s) – Gulu & Tororo and Extended Delivery Points (EDP’s)/ Warehouses located upcountry.

Warehouse labour services (loaders, semi-skilled and skilled labour) at its warehouses in Gulu- Omoro (Angaba), Kaabong, Kampala, Kotido, Moroto, Tokora (Nakapiripirit) and Tororo and; at locations in the districts of Isingiro (Nakivale), Kyegegwa (Kyaka II), Kikube (Kyangwali), Kiryandongo, Lamwo (Palabek), Adjumani (Nyumanzi/Pakelle), Moyo (Palorinya), Yumbe (Bidibidi), and Arua (Rhino Camp/Imvepi). Cleaning services are required at the WFP CDP warehouses.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT WITH THE EOI:
To be deemed eligible for the pre-qualification process, firms are required to submit all the supporting documents within the EOI via email: kampala.logisticscontracting@wfp.org. The detailed information of the EOI is to be provided together with the Logistics Service Questionnaire upon request via email: kampala.logisticscontracting@wfp.org.

The above documents should be submitted clearly labelled “Request for Expression of Interest to provide CDP and EDP warehouse labour and Cleaning services – EOI - F.03.01.12572” and to be submitted via email to kampala.logisticscontracting@wfp.org . Deadline for submission is 5:00 PM local time on 11 September 2025.
