Company Description

NKISI Global Energy Holdings Ltd is a long-term infrastructure, energy, and technology development company focused on building scalable energy and industrial platforms across Africa and international markets.

The company is developing projects across renewable energy, power infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and future industrial sectors aimed at supporting sustainable economic growth and long-term development.

As part of its expansion strategy, NKISI is establishing operations in Uganda through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) focused on project development, stakeholder engagement, infrastructure planning, and strategic partnerships.

Role Description

NKISI is seeking a reliable and highly organized Finance & Administration Officer to support the operational and administrative activities of its Uganda SPV.

The successful candidate will assist with financial coordination, record keeping, operational administration, reporting, scheduling, and general office support activities related to early-stage project development and company operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to support a growing international infrastructure and development platform.

The Finance & Administration Officer will work closely with NKISI’s Uganda leadership team and international advisors based in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Uganda SPV
  • Maintain organized financial, operational, and company records
  • Assist with expense tracking, budgeting support, invoices, and payment coordination
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication activities
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and operational updates when required
  • Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and company administration records
  • Coordinate communication with service providers, consultants, and local stakeholders
  • Support procurement and operational logistics activities when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information
  • Assist leadership with administrative and coordination support across project activities

Qualifications & Experience

Finance & Administration

  • Experience in administration, finance support, bookkeeping, office coordination, or operational support roles
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Communication & Coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational activities efficiently

Technology & Reporting

  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
  • Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain organized digital records

Professionalism & Reliability

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Education

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, Office Administration, or related fields preferred
