Background information about the job or company

Metis Analytica™ is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their Data Systems & Technology department. This is a Junior to Mid-level position reporting to the CTO. The role is part-time and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications or requirements

Eligibility criteria include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience developing software through academic projects, internships, freelance work, personal projects, or professional employment.
  • Practical experience with NestJS and Next.js is required.
  • Demonstrable understanding of databases and API integrations.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD and modern software development practices.
  • Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • A GitHub profile, portfolio, or examples of relevant projects will be an advantage.

For exceptional candidates, demonstrated technical capability may be considered alongside formal academic qualifications.
