Key Responsibilities:

  1. SIM & Tracker Validation: Verify SIM-to-tracker pairing and conduct audits.
  2. Data Reconciliation: Resolve mismatched SIMs and maintain reconciliation reports.
  3. Process Compliance: Monitor technician adherence to procedures.
  4. Deactivation Management: Validate SIM deactivation requests.
  5. Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly reports on pairing accuracy and issues.
  6. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with technicians and service providers.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in Quality/Operations Analysis or Data Auditing.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel AI) for data validation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
