Description

Paint & Sip Uganda is hiring a General Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, driving business performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all Paint & Sip Uganda activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team development.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, revenue performance, and cost control.
  • Support marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative or artistic background is an added advantage.
