Job Purpose Statement:
We are in search of a strategic and dedicated General Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the creation & implementation of short and longterm strategic plans, fiscal budgets, and methodology used in the creation of business systems. This position is also responsible for the daily operation of the business including income generation activity, expense management, achieving monthly and annual goals, and employee training and supervision. This individual must be service-oriented and have a complete understanding of and adhere to all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and licensing requirements as dictated by the company and nation. Your role will be to develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has a background in medical services & supplies, a solid understanding of healthcare trends and regulations, customized client service delivery, and experience in business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with defined key business metrics, in order to produce revenue growth, cost savings, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on increasing the client base and expanding the regional book of business in order to achieve annual targets
- Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities within the territory, utilizing departments and salesforce
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of our full line of product and service offerings in order to present our value proposition to multiple levels throughout potential clients
- Identify, map and match business strengths to the needs of clients
- Prepare business proposals that focus on TMHS’s competitive advantage and value propositions to present to prospective clients
- Produce reports on the territory successes and areas requiring development in conjunction with the Manager, constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health, or a related field. MBA or a masters degree in business or health preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial service sales, with a proven track record of major contract/project sales.
- Strong understanding of the commercial medical markets, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
