Café Africa Uganda (CAU) Uganda Chapter are seeking qualified and passionate individuals to support the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme.

The EYE-C programme, funded by the Netherlands Foundation, is being implemented by a consortium comprising Agri-Lab Development Lab, Café Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. The programme aims to empower over 300,000 young women to create and add value within Uganda’s agricultural value chains, particularly in coffee, by providing them with the skills, resources, and support needed as entrepreneurs and employees, thereby ensuring their sustainable, dignified participation in the sector where their contributions drive sector growth.

  • Must have: A degree in agriculture administration, agricultural economics, rural development, urban development, workforce development, development studies, or a closely related field. Additional training or certification in TVET, enterprise development, or curriculum design is an added advantage.
