1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda represented by the Ministry of Works and Transport has allocated funds from its National Roads Development and Maintenance Programme (NRDMP) to be used for Supply, Design, Implementation, Support and Maintenance of an Electronic Toll Collection, Traffic Monitoring & Revenue Reconciliation System.

2. The Ministry of Works and Transport now invites interested Providers to submit their Applications for pre-qualification which must indicate information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience for the Supply, Design, Implementation, Support and Maintenance of an Electronic Toll Collection, Traffic Monitoring & Revenue Reconciliation System as per this Pre-Qualification Document.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open International Bidding Procedure contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, the PPDA (Procurement of Supplies, works and non–consultancy services Regulation 2023).

4. The Pre-Qualification Document in English may be purchased by interested Providers on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000= (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be registered by the Payment on Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Website Portal. Print the Payment Advice Form after registering and register payment through URA Collection Banks.
