1.The Ministry of Local Government has been
allocated funds from the United Nation
Development Programme (UNDP) to be used for the
acquisition of animals, poultry, apiay (Rve hives)
and a sewing machine under the Project-Building
Resilient Communities, Weiland Ecosystems and
Associated Catchments in Uganda

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
   for the supply of 19d 1:399 in Earl Jersey, Lot Z 384
   Goals, Lot Z 34 Sheep, SP Fug, 405 Hone, 40 Apiavy
   (bee hives) and one Sewing machine.

3.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the
open domestic bidding procedures contained
in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public
Assets Act, CAP25, and are open to a Bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further
   information and inspect the bidding documents at
   the address given in 7(a) from 1st October, 2025.05;
   30am to 06pm on working days.

5.The Bidding documents in English may be
purchased by interested bidders on the submission
of a written application on the Bidders' letteriness of
to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of 10 May 2010.00 (Two
bundered thousand Uganda Shillings).Payment wil
be made to Uganda Revenue Authority Account
(1N-1006022169 in Any Bank of choice in Uganda
designated by the authority.

6.Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a)
by 23rd October, 2025 at 10:00 am.All bids must be
lect 1 - Ugx 21546,000, Lot Z - Ugx -3456,000, Lot
3 - Ugx 1,035,000
