BID NOTICE UNDER PUBLIC BIDDING

Invitation for Bids for the Sale of Land and Building at Kakira.

Disposal Reference number: JCRC/DISP/26-27/000006.

The Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) intends to sell Land and Building at Kakira. The Land and Building at Kakira are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) will have no further liability after sale.

1. The Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) now invites sealed bids for the purchase of Land and Building at Kakira.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (Amendment) Act, 2021 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.
3. Interested bidders may inspect the Land and Building at Butembe Block 2-Plot No 98-Kakira-Jinja-District; Area; 0.7700 Hectares on 24th August, 2026 to 9th September, 2026 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The contact person is Mr. Okile Mark on 0789 241 854.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am 4:00pm local time.
5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 500,000/= shall be paid to the following JCRC bank account: Bank; Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited-Corporate Branch, Account Number - 9030005844230. The document will be sent by person or local courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:15pm on 11th September, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12:30pm on 11th September, 2026.
