SUPPLY OF FOUR (04) DOUBLE CABIN PICK-UPS.

1. The Republic of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of irrigating for Climate Resilience Project (ICRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Supply of Four (04) Double Cabin Pick-up Motor Vehicles.

2. The Ministry of Water and Environment now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of Four Vehicles.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Head, Procurement and Disposal until, Ministry of Water and Environment at mitskail.duncan@gmail.com with copy to lsszanyi1988@gmail.com and inspect the Bidding document during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on official working days (Monday-PFriday) at the address given below in (7);

5. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of £0.05: $0,000/t (Uganda Shillings: Fifty Thousand Only) or the equivalent in a freely convertible currency prior to submission date. The method of payment will be by Bank payment Advice Form obtained from Uganda Revenue Authority (UKA) website using “other NTR” as a tax head in the form. The hard copy of the bidding documents in English will be available for pick up at the address mentioned in (7).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in (7) at or before 11:00 am on 20th November, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of £0.05: 10,000,000/t (Uganda Shillings Ten Million Only). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representations who choose to attend at the address below in (7) at 11:30 a.m. on 20th November, 2025.
