UGANDA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is a member of East African Communications Organization (EACO) a regional Organization that brings together national ICT Regulators, Operators, Services Providers (in the Telecommunication, Broadcasting, and Postal sub-sectors) ICT training institutions and other Stakeholders in the Communications sector within Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and South Sudan with its Headquarters in Kigali, Rwanda. EACO seeks to recruit an individual with proven skills and competencies to fill the vacant position below to assist EACO implementits mandate.

Job Title : Liaison Manager in Charge of Information & Communications Technology Affairs (LM/ICT)
Reports to : Executive secretary
Duty Station : Kigali, Rwanda

Job Purpose:
To manage, coordinate research and advise on development and harmonisation of ICT policy, regulation, and standardisation in EACO member States and monitor ICT regional developments.
