JOB DETAILS:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple MEP works acrossies & Responsibilities different projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence**

• Ensure seamless transition from to project schedules.
• Ensure seamless transition from design to execution, minimizing technical issues.
• Utilize project management software, AutoCAD design to execution, minimizing technical and related tools issues.
• Utilize to prepare and review MEP plans.
• Prepare project management software, AutoCAD and related tools to prepare and review MEP plans.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates accurate cost estimates for MEP systems for MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical including HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations.
• Oversee project milestones to ensure all MEP deliverables are met on installations.
• Oversee project milestones to ensure all MEP deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Coordinate time and within with architects scope.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, structural engineers and specialists and specialists to ensure integration of MEP systems into the overall project.
• Provide technical to ensure integration of MEP systems into the overall project guidance on installation, maintenance and system compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve engineering issues.

• Resolve coordination issues drawings and method statements to ensure alignment with MEP design.
• Resolve coordination issues related to MEP works during construction.
• Monitor and enforce site health related to MEP works during construction.
• Monitor and enforce site health and safety policies and safety policies related to MEP activities related to MEP activities.
• Conduct off.
• Conduct off-site inspections to confirm material and equipment compliance with standards and specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in MEP design and/or site supervision within construction projects.
• Professional certification or registration with an engineering body is an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and relevant project management tools.
• Familiar with international codes and standards related to MEP works.
