KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote Bwinbet products, services, and promotions within assigned areas.

Conduct field marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Identify and engage potential customers and encourage registrations.

Visit assigned outlets and ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.

Distribute promotional materials and create awareness of ongoing offers.

Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.

Support the achievement of customer acquisition and sales targets.

Prepare regular reports on field activities, customer feedback, and market opportunities.

Represent Bwinbet Uganda professionally at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in the betting industry is an added advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and meet field targets.

Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.

Willingness to travel and work in the field.
