JOB DETAILS:

SIDO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is a leading provider of customized branding and printing solutions, committed
to helping individuals and businesses elevate their brand visibility through innovative, high-quality services.

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for sourcing new clients, engaging with existing
customers, and promoting the company’s branding and printing services. This is a results-driven role
requiring strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through field marketing, networking, and digital platforms
• Promote and present our branding and printing solutions to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Manage client communications and follow up on inquiries and quotations
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and content for digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with branding and printing services is a plus (training provided)
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
