JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase book distribution and revenue.
- Organize and lead school outreach programs, book fairs, and educational partnerships.
- Track sales performance, generate leads, and convert partnerships into recurring customers.
KPIs:
- Sales growth %
- Outreach events held
- School partnerships secured
- Sales conversion rate
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally in education or publishing.
- Proven experience with campaign development, stakeholder engagement, and field outreach
Work Hours: 8
