Job Summary:

Management of the company Agency Business and Marketing Strategic Initiatives to achieve the set targets and attain the market share

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Agency Sales Targets are met and surpassed
• Oversee Credit Management
• Ensure proper branding of all outlets and branches
• Strategically work on tenders and Bids
• Manage the systems, processes and procedures of searching, recruiting and onboarding agents
• Design promotional activities to increase awareness of our products
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory, statutory and internal requirements in as far as they relate to agency business
• Monitor commission payments in line with company policy to ensure that the agents are comfortable and well-motivated
• Assist the agents in facilitating their claims to be paid in time and where necessary support them to document
• Ensure that agents adhere to the company credit control policy
• Establish a mechanism to monitor outlet agents and ensure collected premium is deposited daily to the GA accounts and notifications done
• Carry out Market Analysis, propose product improvements, and give recommendations
• Prepare regular reports as required

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Relevant Degree in Business
• Diploma in Insurance
• Masters is an added advantage
• 5 years in Marketing or Business.
