As we continue to expand our influence, we are seeking a strategic and creative PR, Communications & Marketing Manager to lead and implement comprehensive communication initiatives that align with our brand vision and business goals.
Position Overview:
The PR, Communications & Marketing Manager will play a critical role in managing the organization’s public relations, digital communication, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong media connections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies to promote the organization’s brand and initiatives.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and events, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee social media and digital marketing campaigns, creating impactful content for diverse platforms.
- Craft compelling press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials to effectively communicate key messages.
- Lead market research to identify trends, target audiences, and content opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and digital assets.
- Plan and execute promotional events, launches, and community engagement activities.
- Manage the organization’s public image, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing, with proven success in media and digital communications.
- Strong understanding of media relations, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling content.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
